Vogue 8844; ca. 1940; One-Piece Dress. Dart-fitted square-necked bodice joins floor length, circular, four-piece skirt at waist-line. Choice of bias circular, very short plain or long fitted sleeves. Tie-one pleated front peplum is optional. Lace trimming optional. Deep applied hem band on version with short, circular sleeves.
