Very loose-fitting, pleated, pullover top has collar, shoulder pads, lower band, back zipper and short sleeves tucked at lower edge or long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Flared skirt, 3" (7.5cm) below mid-knee, has waistband and back zipper. B: contrast. Purchased tie.
