Vogue 9554; ca. mid 1970s; Misses' Dress, Jumper and Jacket. Loose-fitting dress, four inches below mid-knee length, has round collar on shaped buttoned band, slightly extended shoulders and front buttoned band with patch trim. Dress front and back are gathered to yoke. Full length sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs. Narrow hem. Apron jumper, three inches below mid-knee length, has front and back square neckline and patch pockets. Front and back bodice, lined to edge with contrast fabric, overlap at sides. Front skirt is gathered into waistband. Back skirt, gathered into waistband, extends to side front. Attached waistband tie ends tie at front and back. Loose-fitting, quilted jacket, lined to edge with contrast fabric, has round neckline, extended shoulders, above-elbow length sleeves, left inside breast patch pockets and side hemline slits. Contrast bias trim. Topstitching. (Instructions for quilting jacket are included in pattern).
