Vogue 9609; ca. 1943; Suit (Dickey Included). Short fitted jacket with notched collar and long or short sleeves. Slim skirt with two soft pleats each side of fly-front closing. Side fronts below pleats may be or may not be creased. Dickey has bias collar and tie ends which may be worn ascot fashion or tied in a loop knot.
