Vogue 9648

Vogue 9648; ca. 1943; One-Piece Dress. The skirt is gathered at center front and has a narrow back panel; and it joins the blouse at a lowered waistline. Blouse is gathered each side of a shaped inset and overlaps to tie at left side. Long fitted or short sleeves.
