Vogue 9827; ca. 1959; “Easy to Make” Misses’ ball gown. Bell shaped skirt in two lengths joins the bodice at the waistline. Scooped front neckline, high oval or deep V in the back. Dress has long fitted and below elbow length sleeves. Center back zipper closing. Novelty cummerbund or ribbon sash.
