Vogue Special Design S-3813, ca. 1930s. ONE-PIECE FROCK. Shirring, that smartest detail, is used on this frock to effect the new silhouette. For the fashionable frock of the season is the graceful feminine one. Here you see the lovely full skirt, shirring at shoulders and waist, a blouse front slashed to make a becoming collar, and large puff sleeves with pleats releasing at front and back of shoulders.
