Vogue Special Pattern S-3900; ca. 1936; One-Piece Frock and Bolero. Frock buttons at neck above center slot seam, has short sleeves, and joins skirt under shaped belt. Slot seam in skirt front ends in inverted pleat. Long or short sleeved bolero also uses slot seams at center back, and above pockets at front.
