Vogue Special Design S-3996; ca. mid to late 1930s; One-Piece Frock. Skirt and blouse join at the new lower waist-line. Tucks across the blouse release into slight fulness at side fronts. A bias fold which finishes the square neck-line is optional. Sleeves may be full length, just-below-elbow and finished with turn-back cuff or short. The straight skirt has a slight flare at the back provided by the panel.
