Vogue Special Design S-4101; ©1950; REDINGOTE AND SLIP-DRESS. Flared skirt section of redingote has an unpressed pleat each side of centre-front and joins the upper section of waist-line.  Narrow collar, wide lapels. Above elbow length sleeves.  Slip-dress has slim two-piece skirt joined to camisole top at waist-line.
