Vogue Special Design S-4150; ca. 1939; Jacket, Blouse and Skirt. The short dart fitted overblouse has built up front neck line, a buttoned back yoke extending into shallow button trimmed shoulder yokes at front and the sleeves are short. The sectional skirt with graduated unpressed pleats is finished on fabric belt. The short flared back jacket is collarless and the loose sleeve may be 7/8 or 3/4 length.
