Vogue S-4446; ca. 1943; Evening Dress. Wide seven gored skirt with slight fullness at top where it joins the bodice at lowered waist-line. Shirred bodice top. Short, shirred sleeves, or short, cap sleeves. Sleeves are optional. Slip is seamed into bodice of dress, and has a straight slim skirt. with side seams open from lower edge.
