Vogue Special Design S-4882; ca. 1948; One-Piece Dress. Skirt front slightly flared. Full back flare from inset godets headed by soft pleats. No seam at waist-line. Shaped built-up neck-line in front, stand-up band in back. Bracelet-length sleeves gathered at top and short cap sleeves.
