Vogue Special Design S-4915; ca. 1948; One-piece dress and slip. Six-gored flared skirt joins bodice at waistline. Cap sleeves cut in 1 with front and back with shaped cuffs. Front buttons below tied band collar. Slip included. Also issued in the Junior line as Vogue S-3244
