Vogue Special Design S-4964; ca. 1949; One-Piece Dress. Skirt is straight in front and is softly draped each side of a narrow plain back section. Gathered loose back panel joined in waist-line seam. Skirt joins bodice at waist-line, slightly dropped at back. Low neck-line, draped bias collar shirred at armholes. Elbow length shirred sleeves.
