Vogue Special Design S-4996; ca. 1949; One-Piece Dress. Very full gathered skirt joins bodice at waist-line. Bodice fullness from shirrings at the deep V-neck-line and at underarm seam above the shaped midriff. Shirred cap sleeves in one with bodice. Slip with full gathered skirt and bodice top.
