Weigel's 1490; ca. 1950s; Girl's Frock. This little girl's frock can be made with either contrasting cuffs and collar as shown in A, or from one material throughout as shown in B. Rick-rack is used to trim the pockets, collar and cuffs. This frock opens out flat for easy laundering.
