Weldon's 1052: ca. 1940s; Child's dress with two bands of smocking on bodice, a round collar and puffed short sleeves. Back opening with buttons. Pre-cut and perforated pattern pieces with smocking transfer sheet included.

The instructions sheet folds in three to form an open-ended packet for the pattern pieces.
