Woman's Day 5068; ca. early 1950s; Little Girl's Easy-to-Sew Dress: Three variations of little girl's dress in one pattern. View A uses only one pattern piece, plus the belt. Two more pieces make the puffed-sleeve version, View B; one piece, the ruffled one, View C. The fronts and backs of dresses are alike. Gathers are adjusted by draw-string neckline and belt; no darts or waistline fitting necessary. Puffed sleeves and ruffles are straight sewing. 5 unprinted pattern pieces.
