Women's Home Companion 5609; ca. 1930s; One-piece dress with capelet that buttons at shoulder strap buttons. Dress has low-cut bodice with wide angularly shaped shoulder straps that come together at center back. Skirt has an inverted V-shaped center front gore. Self-fabric belt. Capelet is designs with large triangular flaps that create the look of a collar at neckline.
